To determine which raw material this glass or plate is made of, the manufacturers mark the bottom of the dishes: PP - polypropylene and PS - polystyrene.

Disposable sets can be dangerous if used improperly, for example, a hot meal or alcohol was served in polystyrene dishes. Also, one cannot use any disposable tableware more than once, heat food in it with a microwave oven and store food in it.

Colored dishes can also be harmful, since heavy metals often use lead metal.
