Install knives on them, which ensures free rotation, since pruning is performed by removing vegetation with the participation of centrifugal force. There is also a device that powers the mower.
For the apparatus, lower disks 450 mm in diameter can be used from a scoop. For the manufacture of axial shafts, their fastening together with knives, take a metal pipe with a diameter of 30 mm. Need two bearings. One is placed on it, and the second on the welded pulley. Disks with knives are mounted on an axial shaft. Then the pulleys are welded to the pipe.
