What are TRP norms?
The very abbreviation TRP stands for "Ready for Labor and Defense." This is a set of special sports tests, which makes up the program and regulatory basis for the physical training of the Russian population.
This idea was originally born in Soviet times, then it was a program of physical training and education in educational, professional and sports institutions. The program not only implied a physical component, but also affected the education of patriotism from a very young age. Previously, there was no question of where it is possible to pass the TRP standards, since they were passed centrally. Now, this complex is far from being commissioned, so there is not much information about it.
Standards History
Such a program of physical and patriotic training of citizens from early childhood existed for a rather long period of time, from 1931 to 1991. At that time, it spread to the entire population aged 10 to 60 years.
It included a whole range of exercises. It included running at various distances (30 and 60 meters), swimming, throwing the ball, pulling up on the crossbar, jumping, climbing a rope. In the cold regions of the country where snow falls, a ski race was also conducted. For warm, snowless regions, cycling or cross riding was included in the complex. Many places have been organized where the TRP standards can be passed.
For the delivery of this program, participants received special badges. The awards had their differences, they depended on the success of passing this exam. Badges were divided into gold and silver. To get such an icon has always been very honorable.
TRP currently
As you know, the revival of this project has recently begun. In 2014, a decree was signed to return the TRP system. The exam will include almost all of the same standards as in Soviet times, but several new tests will be added, for example, throwing sports equipment (at a range and at hitting a target), a hiking trip with the necessary skills, lifting a weight of 16 kg and some others.
Before passing the tests, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the list of places where it will be possible to pass the TRP standards.
The exam itself is divided into 11 levels, which are classified according to the age of the applicants. With the help of such gradation, for each age, their own results are provided, which is very important to consider when preparing.
Where to pass the TRP standards: a review of places in Moscow
According to the decree on the revival of the TRP norms, special places for their surrender must be organized. Naturally, they should be located in every city. In order to pass the standards, you must first register on a special portal where you will need to enter personal data. After filling out the questionnaire, the participant is assigned a number.
A long search for where to pass the rules of the TRP will not have to. If we talk about Moscow, then in each district several institutions are organized where they can be handed over.

- YUZAO - FOK "Harmony", FOK "Solnechny" and others;
- CJSC - FOK Albatros, FOK Yubileiny and others;
- SZAO - FOK "Dynamics", FOK "Triumph" and others.
Place of delivery in other cities
So, it was considered a lot of places where to pass the rules of the TRP. Moscow, of course, provides much more points for passing this exam. However, other cities also strive not to be inferior in this matter. Of course, not all cities have the opportunity to open a large number of sites. Take, for example, Yekaterinburg.
