Gradually, already in the process of his activity, the cozy restaurant grew into a large mansion in a medieval style with four summer verandas. The interior design of this institution was engaged in by a young but very professional designer - Alexandra Gatenyan (Instudio Bureau).

"Veterok" - a restaurant whose interior is designed in the style of an Austrian chalet. Furniture and other details are dominated by pastel shades. Around you can observe a lot of parts from expensive wood. All available furniture is made in the style of traditional French classics. Massive dark lacquered tables and leather sofas add some brutality to the design. In some places on the walls you can find hunting trophies.

The main attraction of the institution is a huge fireplace, which is actually a functional detail of the interior.

On the second floor of the mansion there is a VIP chamber hall designed for small banquets and business meetings, which is made in a classic style. He is able to accommodate up to 20 people.

Veterok is a restaurant headed by Ruslan Mutaliev, a chef who is a student of the great French confectioner Pierre Erme and Alain Ducasse, a Michelin winner. After the first stages of learning culinary skills, Ruslan worked in the Biscuit restaurant, where he honed his skills. Then he became a co-owner of the Ju-Joo grill restaurant, which he opened with Andrei Tysyannikov. In the same institution, he took the position of sous-chef. Only after that, having a lot of experience in cooking and managing the cuisine of the institution, Ruslan Mutaliev was invited to the Veterok as a chef.
