Now you need to heat the oven to 220 C, unfold the foil, pour the meat on top with the same juice or grease with butter and put it back for another 20-30 minutes - during this time a golden crust forms. If possible, you can turn on only the top heat, or you can place a metal baking sheet directly above the meat - the heat from it will help to achieve a more pronounced crust in a minimum time. You can also bake pork according to a similar recipe, not in foil, but in thick-walled dishes - then it will be quite simple to hold it for an hour and a half in the oven, periodically pouring with the allocated liquid and adding water to the bottom as necessary so that the meat does not burn.
How to deliciously cook pork slices? There are a lot of options for such preparation: you can just quickly fry it in a pan, add onions or other vegetables, you can stew with vegetables or make pasta sauce with pieces of pork. Pork slices are also part of many dishes, such as goulash or pilaf. If it is oily, then it turns out very tasty if you put it out together with potatoes. To do this, take thick-walled dishes, a kilogram of potatoes, a pound of pork, a little vegetable oil, two onions, salt and spices.
