But what if you really want pizza, and in the refrigerator there is neither yeast, nor ready-made yeast dough, nor pizza blanks for pizza, which are sold in stores? And many housewives do not like to bother, as they say, with yeast dough.

Truly pizza is a unique dish. Its charm is that everything can be changed and replaced with those products that are available, while not strictly tied to any recipe. This principle also applies to pizza dough - without yeast or with yeast, puff or fresh - it is quite possible in the preparation of this amazing dish.

Make pizza dough without yeast

Pizza without yeast is very tasty if you take kefir as the basis for the test. In this case, you don’t even need to knead the dough, it can just be mixed and poured into a baking dish. What could be simpler than this recipe?

What you need: a cup of kefir, which is definitely in the refrigerator; a couple of eggs; a spoonful of sugar; half a teaspoon of soda and salt; a couple of glasses of flour. Pour kefir into a bowl and mix with all the ingredients. Pour the flour in parts, kneading so that no lumps form.

Prepare the mold, grease so that the pizza does not stick, with butter or line the bottom of the mold with pastry paper. Further, the most pleasant: pour the dough into the mold and put the filling you prepared on top.

Some experienced housewives do this: instead of, according to the classic recipe, lay the components of the filling in layers, they mix all the components in a separate bowl and evenly spoon the mass on top of the prepared batter. The filling will drown a little and only the cheese should be rubbed on top so that the pizza has an appropriate appearance. This technology makes the business much easier and faster, which is very valuable if guests come or the family is expecting dinner. Surely you will appreciate this innovation. Just try to have a lot of toppings and eat pizza right away, as the cake quickly becomes stale.

This is an even simpler option to make fast pizza dough without yeast. If there are half a pack of butter and a couple of eggs in the refrigerator, then a glass of flour is enough to make a pizza cake.

Break the egg and combine it with the yolk (the remaining protein will come in handy when you prepare the filling). Put the butter, stir the mass and add the flour. Roll the dough well to make thin pizza. Make the sides by laying the cake in the mold. Cover with the filling, make sure that the pizza does not turn out dry - mayonnaise or tomatoes, ketchup and cheese should be enough.

Crumb pizza

If the house does not even have flour, pizza will still be. Look in the breadbox, if there is white bread, you need only 300 g of crumb of wheat bread or rolls. Combine some butter or margarine (30-50 g) with crumb. Yeast-free pizza dough ready! A pan about 25 cm in diameter, on which pizza will be cooked, should be oiled. Knead the dough with your fingers so that the bottom and walls are completely covered with an impromptu dough. Pour any filling of tomatoes or sauce, fish, meat, ham or mushrooms with a mixture of milk, eggs and mayonnaise.
