Moscow is a very developed city in which there are all kinds of entertainment and ways to develop human potential that you can imagine. This place is the center of training for the Russian national swimming team, which explains such a technical base. There is not one pool here, there are three of them. The first is 50 m by 21 m, the second is 18 m by 5 m, and the third is small by 10 m by 4 m. Accordingly, the largest is used most often for free swimming of residents, but smaller baths are intended for children.
Services are provided different. In addition to swimming, Saturn offers:

"Saturn" is so versatile that there is even a hotel and a climbing wall. Not every complex is ready to boast of such a variety! Near the buildings there is also a large parking lot, which is convenient for owners of personal vehicles.
Prices for services vary, but in general they will seem affordable to every resident.

Very convenient visiting time for customers: the complex opens at 7:30 in the morning, which makes it possible to work out before work, and closes at 22:00. No sanitary days or weekends are provided, because technology allows you to clean rooms and water without harassing people. For this advantage, the pool in Ramenskoye is appreciated.
Weekends for technical work are periodically made, but customers are required to be notified in advance of them. There is a pool in Ramenskoye all year round.

Despite all its technical base and variety of services, many visitors are not satisfied with the quality of service. It's all about the staff.
Each client wants to be received politely and positively for the money, but for some reason employees believe that they are free to behave as they want. There are complaints that visitors are called and humiliated, which, of course, discourages all desire to come here again.
Another drawback is equipment wear. In some places, cracks begin to appear, taps periodically break in the shower room, which the authorities do not immediately notice and repair after some time. And people come here every day.
It is unfortunate that the Saturn pool (Ramenskoye) receives negative reviews. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, you must definitely go to the authorities, and then to the consumer rights department. Then the opinion will be heard, and the defect will be eliminated as soon as possible.
