- First of all, you need to reboot the device and have time to press the F8 key before starting to boot Windows.
- In the proposed menu, select "Download in safe mode", then press Enter.
- You will see the username once set by you (or by someone at your request). It must be changed to "Administrator" or "administrator". Why so? Because by default, it is this account that is never password protected and you will not need to enter any letters or numbers in the “password” line. Just click “OK” - that’s enough.
- A message appears on the computer screen indicating that your operating system has booted in safe mode.
- Agree and go to the "Start". There you will need to select "Control Panel" and then "User Accounts".
