In general, through any search engine there will be both pictures and text news, videos and even music. But if the user is interested in fan art or the artists who draw them, it is advisable to fulfill requests directly on Japanese sites to post similar works (for example, on Pixiva).
Japanese search engines in Russian
No matter how absurd it may sound, but some users are really trying to find something by such a request. In reality, such search engines do not exist, because they are Japanese in order to search for information outside the Russian-language segment of the Internet.
Among the indigenous population of the Land of the Rising Sun, a very small percentage speak Russian at least at the initial level. Those people who move to Japan rarely need to search for something in their native language, since their task is to fully integrate into the new society. But even if such a need arises, it is enough for them to change the language in the settings or switch to the Russian version of the search engine.
What you should not expect from the Japanese network segment
First, Japanese search engines are not designed to search for pirated content. Rather, in the Land of the Rising Sun, such a concept is not common, as are torrents. Therefore, if some paid content was not found in RuNet free to download, it is useless to look for it in the Japanese network.
Secondly, it will not be possible to see the materials prohibited in Russia either, and toughened legislation does not play in favor of this option. Unless, unlike Russian, the Japanese search engine will still find these materials and display a list of sites on the page, but it’s unlikely to go to them.
And thirdly, in order to search for something in this segment of the Internet, it is advisable to know the language of the Land of the Rising Sun at a decent level. No translator will help to accurately reproduce a complex phrase, and given the huge number of meanings of the same word, you can find not at all what the user himself wanted. If you wish, of course, it’s worth trying to enter a query in English, but even so it will turn out to find far from everything.
