Army daily routine
Each part of the army has its own daily routine. Ascent, as a rule, begins for military personnel at six hours thirty minutes. Senior in rank (foreman) gives forty-five seconds to dress and build.
Lined up in a row, the guys are sent to the stadium to perform morning exercises. The latter lasts about twenty to thirty minutes and consists mainly of a run for two to three kilometers and a series of physical exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and so on. During this procedure, each soldier must, on his own or with the help of a friend, make a kantik around his neck. How to make a cantik?

According to the army dictionary, cantics define everything that has no name. So, mankind did not have time to give a name to that board, which is upholstered in beds, or to an evenly trimmed strip on the neck of a soldier. Cantic is also called a rope woven from threads.
In order to make a canton on your own neck, you must:
- buy a clipper;
- wash hair;
- sit in front of the mirror.
There is no detailed literature on how to cut oneself. But you should not be afraid of this, since hair has a wonderful property - it grows quickly. Before you buy a clipper, you need to hold it in your hand and adjust to it. Each model has four nozzles for cutting hair from three to twelve millimeters.
The nozzle will allow you not to cut off too much, so there is no need to be afraid, you can safely proceed to the procedure. Before you get a haircut, you need to wash your hair and, undressing to the waist, sit in front of the mirror.
