This problem can be solved by introducing the B-10 bulldozer, the brainchild of the Chelyabinsk industrial tractor plant, into the production process. Destination

The bulldozer is designed to develop soil 1-3 groups without prior loosening, 4 groups with preliminary treatment of the earth's surface with cultivators, as well as fractured rock and frozen soil. The modification of the B-10M bulldozer is equipped with a gear cultivator, which increases the range of its effective application.

The B-10 bulldozer is capable of working in any climatic conditions in the temperature range from -45 to +50 0 . The operability of the equipment is guaranteed in conditions of increased dust and high humidity, as well as at heights of up to 3 thousand meters above sea level. The bulldozer is most effective with an average wagon range of 100 to 200 meters.

Design

The bulldozer is designed on the basis of T-10 (T-170) tractors. Compared with the "progenitor", the new model is more productive, which was achieved by installing more powerful diesel engines D180 or YaMZ-238. At the same time, the consumption of power plants is an order of magnitude lower than that of the prototype.

The B-10 bulldozer is assembled in two versions - with a mechanical or hydromechanical gearbox. In the first case, the gearbox is reversible, 8-mid-range, the rotary mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic server. The hydromechanical gearbox is three-speed, represented by a planetary mechanism.

The chassis is represented by a trolley with a three-point suspension and a sprung balancer beam. The maneuverability of the equipment was achieved by introducing into the design the onboard friction clutches, which are in the closed state, and thanks to the use of articulated compacted tracks, high maneuverability was achieved.

Engine

Two types of engines are equipped with a B-10 (bulldozer). Technical characteristics of power plants are different. The most widespread are D180 units with in-line cylinders. They are equipped with models designed on the basis of T10M.0000 tractors. The installations are launched by means of an electric starter or a starting miniature engine.

The equipment, designed on the basis of T10M.6000 tractors, is equipped with a YaMZ-238 engine, 6-cylinder with a V-shaped arrangement of cylinders. Design Features

The B-10 bulldozer is the result of the planned modernization of the T10 tractor. As a result of improving the design and introducing new structural elements, the following was achieved:

  • 40% reduction in working pressure in the hydraulic system and increase in its durability due to the introduction of long-stroke hydraulic cylinders;
  • improving the accuracy and speed of the blade, reducing the effort required to deepen it into the ground by moving the attachment points of the hydraulic cylinders forward;
  • facilitating engine maintenance by changing the layout of the engine compartment;
  • increase in productivity during the development of soil of group 1-3 due to the introduction of a hemispherical blade.

Thanks to the use of the T10 tractor as a base, many parts and spare parts were unified. The B-10 bulldozer can be equipped with various equipment that increases its functionality and productivity.

Replaceable working and additional equipment

Depending on the purpose and the planned front of work, soil characteristics, the bulldozer can be equipped with a flat or hemispherical blade of different volumes. A ripper with one or three teeth can also be installed.

To operate the bulldozer in harsh climatic conditions and increase its functionality, it can be equipped with various additional equipment:

  • pre-heater for operation in the north and air conditioning for operation in the southern regions;
  • protective grilles to prevent damage to the cab windows and driver injuries;
  • pendulum or rigid trailing device for moving goods.

You can increase the operational characteristics of the B-10 bulldozer by installing a creeper or a power take-off shaft.

The power plant practically has not changed. The main differences of the B-10M bulldozer from the base model are:

  • more powerful turbocharged engine;
  • the presence of a two-stage air purification system;
  • advanced suspension with micro-suspension;
  • modernized cab.

To work on soft soils, peat bogs and waterlogged soils, the B-10M (b) bulldozer produces a special caterpillar chassis that more evenly distributes the load on the soil due to the increased distance between adjacent tracks.
