Ayan beer - a real environmentally friendly product

Beer is the most commonly consumed low-alcohol drink. It began to be produced about eight thousand years ago. Currently, the assortment of these products is just off scale, which just isn't there: filtered, unfiltered, craft, dark, light, with flavors and more. But does this foamy drink fall into our hands fresh and prepared according to all the rules? We donโ€™t know this, but the Abakan brewery claims that they make the drink according to all traditions: "Natural, healthy and environmentally friendly."

About company

In 1980, a beer factory was commissioned. Local residents, as well as nearby cities and villages, have a unique opportunity to purchase really high-quality and inexpensive products. Kvass, mineral water and soft drinks of local production were the first products produced by the Abakan brewery. The drinks were so tasty and natural that fame spread far beyond the borders of the Republic of Khakassia. After 12 years, the plant went through privatization and became an open joint stock company, and four years later it became known as โ€œAyanโ€. Despite the economic difficulties in the country, the company exists and is developing to this day, increasing its production volumes.

Foamy drink is made only by classical technology, so the product is natural with a traditional taste.

  • Beer "Joy" - light unpasteurized with a full clean taste. It has a pleasant hop bitterness, persistent foam and a golden color.
  • "Joy" is dark - it has a velvety-malt taste with hints of roasted and caramel malt.
  • Ayan Abakan beer is a light traditional drink with a mild malt flavor, which has a pleasant hop aroma and bitterness.

  • "Beer in kegs" - all varieties of the drink are produced and bottled (except for "New Year's"). Ayan beer is poured into stainless kegs, and it is stored for no more than twenty days.

The foamy drink of the Abakan plant has several advantages over analogues. Therefore, the reviews on Ayan beer are very positive. Indeed, for cooking use only the best varieties of malt, soft purified water and Czech hops. Beer does not lend itself to heat treatment (cannot be pasteurized), which allows preserving vitamins, trace elements and amino acids. The drink does not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. A persistent foam is formed due to carbon dioxide as a result of fermentation and long fermentation of beer. And of course, the container itself, into which a tasty drink is poured: it is only made of dark glass. This allows you to better preserve the taste, aroma and freshness of "Ayan" beer.
