Production technology

The production technology of Lipetsk beer includes 5 stages:

1. Elevator. The main raw materials for beer production are malt and barley. It arrives at the manufacturer by rail or road. Upon acceptance for production, malt and barley undergo additional purification from impurities and debris, since quality is above all.
2. Cooking department. In the brewhouse, ground malt and barley are mixed with hops. After the end of the process, a wort is obtained.
3. Fermentation department. The wort goes to the fermentation department - here the future beer is saturated with alcohol and the right taste.
4. Filtration Department. At this stage, the beer is filtered from yeast, after which it is given the desired color and shine.
5. Bottling. At the end, the drink is bottled in the right containers. At the Lipetsk beer factory, such are glass bottles (0.45 liters), plastic bottles (0.92; 1.42 and 2.5 liters) and metal kegs (50 liters).

Composition

The composition of any beer, including Lipetsk, includes the following chemicals:

• carbohydrates (dextrins, glucose, sucrose);
• ethanol;
• nitrogen-containing elements (amino acids and polypeptides).
  

In addition, beer also contains substances that can harm the human body:

• preservatives;
• various enzymes;
• dyes;
• malt substitutes (in some cases);
• sugar.
