The 24-hour Mechta restaurant (Moscow) is located on the Garden Ring in the metropolitan business center in a beautiful 19th-century mansion building. Near the establishment is the Aurora Business Center, and opposite the Swiss Hotel and the House of Music.

The restaurant "Dream" ("Paveletskaya") was founded by 2 Alexander: one of them is Shurshakov (chef), the other is Kan (mixologist). A well-chosen location played into their hands, providing the establishment with an endless stream of customers.
Vlad Andreev was engaged in the interior design, and thanks to a competent and reasonable layout of the space in the walls of the mansion, spacious halls with fireplaces and windows on both sides of the room could fit and coexist, an open grill, crystal candlesticks, silver-plated fittings, metal chests of drawers, a bar with high armchairs and chairs, leather sofa, mirrors decorating brick walls. In the lower hall there is karaoke for 40 people, on the third floor there are 2 eastern halls, where the walls are decorated with mosaics, food is cooked in the open kitchen, and flour products are baked in a tandoor (oven).
Restaurant "Dream" is open around the clock, and in each room there are 2 types of menus: the main and a la carte from the chef - Alexander Shurshakov. The cocktail menu lay on Alexander Kahn’s shoulders; you can also ask for an Uzbek menu with several types of pilaf or lagman. As a bonus, it should be noted that a breakfast menu is functioning every morning, and a children's menu appears on weekends.
The way of serving dishes
Restaurant "Dream" is a pleasant, but unpredictable institution, and you can verify the veracity of such words already from the first ordered dish. For example, the New Year's boiled vegetables, beloved by the Russians, under mayonnaise are wrapped in beef tongue here. The cost of salad is about 400 rubles. Shrimps with caviar are served in a glass, and broccoli with mozzarella - exclusively with vinaigrette sauce. Judging by the names and approximate cost of a serving of ordinary salad, it is easy to guess that the cuisine is practiced high, respectively, and prices are set above average.
Also, the restaurant "Dream" included in its menu shrimps with arugula, seasoned with the most delicate honey and mustard sauce, tuna tartar from red tuna for 980 rubles.
Of course, here you can try cutlets, borscht, meat, fish, which are usual for ordinary people, but all this fades in front of the original side dish in the form of slicing fresh vegetables for 220 rubles.

Compared with the main and a la carte from the chef, the restaurant "Dream" decided to make the menu for the smallest visitors democratic. The average price for one dish is 150-200 rubles. The menu includes broth with meatballs, dumplings, pasta, vegetable salads, assorted fruits and many desserts.
