After that, remove the fruits from the pot and place them on a drip sieve. Pour sugar (three hundred grams per liter) into the resulting liquid and mix. Place the container in the cellar on a stand. The next day, you will notice that the cherry has absorbed the liquid, so bring the level to its previous state so that the fruits are completely immersed in it. So you need to repeat five to six days. On the tenth day, opening the cork below, drain all the juice, and then pour it back through the top hole. After three days of such a โcycleโ, the cherry liquor for vodka is ready. It will be even tastier if you place several young twigs cut from a tree in a barrel.
