The Voronezh restaurant of Alexander Rappoport occupies four floors of an old 18th-century mansion. Each floor has its own story and its own menu.
On the first is a butcher shop with an assortment of beef from the Zarechye farm of the Voronezh region, where the best bulls of Aberdeen-Angus breed with meat of the highest degrees of marbling are grown. There is also a minimalist snack bar with products unusual for Moscow, such as corn-beef, pastrami sandwiches and other rare dishes, as well as homemade sausages and unique burgers.
On the second floor - the restaurant "Voronezh" Rappoport. Its interior, although eclectic, is nevertheless designed in the traditional Russian style. Here are the dishes of Russian provinces with a deepening in the meat theme. The institution’s menu contains several types of ribs, about 30 varieties of steaks, venison, rabbit meat, sea bass, shrimp, five types of oysters, sturgeon, crab, sea urchin. In addition, traditional village soups: cabbage soup, hodgepodge, fish soup, noodles, as well as cereals and salads. At the same time, vegetables are supplied exclusively from the Russian province. The menu here is organized by food, not by food.
On the third floor there is the Meat Club restaurant with art deco elements in the interior, which moved here from the Kuznetsk bridge, retaining its previous menu: steaks, tartars, pheasant cutlets, Thai beef salad, baked brain bones and much more.
