Everyone knows that some people are endowed with so-called "innate literacy," and they successfully avoid grammatical errors. Others have to remember many rules in order to perfect their writing. But syntax errors, examples of which can often be seen even in newspapers or in the speech of television announcers, are equally often made by both those and others.
This can be explained by the fact that the rules of syntax are the most difficult to understand. Therefore, they have to be remembered. Below we list the most common syntax errors. And perhaps this will help you avoid them in the future.
Most often, syntax errors occur due to the omission of the harmonization and control norm. These include the wrong choice of the case of the managed word and the incorrect use of prepositions ("pay for travel" instead of "pay for travel", "laugh about a joke" instead of "laugh at a joke", etc.). Also, syntax errors are often found in sentences with the construct "those who ...", for example: "Those who know the rules will write it correctly" (true: "Those who know the rules will write it correctly"). Here, the first predicate refers to the word “who,” and the second to the word “those,” which creates confusion.

For example: "passing a store, a sign caught my eye" instead of "passing a store, I saw a sign." The action of the sacramental participle always refers to the same person as the one expressed by the predicate.

They include combinations of heterogeneous concepts ("a table is cold or green"), the introduction of a member that does not correspond to the main word ("he was surrounded by care and help" - you cannot surround with help).
Syntax errors in the construction of complex sentences are associated with the shift of attention from one part to another, and the inability to keep in mind the complete structure. These include the use of several similar clauses in a row ("I saw a letter written by my friend who lives in Spain"). This can be avoided by introducing the sacrament ("I saw a letter written by my friend who lives in Spain").

To prevent them, just pay attention to all the designs and their coordination with each other.
