OJSC Sredneuralskaya Poultry Factory was founded in April 1973. This is the first chicken factory in the region. About Poultry Certification
OJSC Sredneuralskaya Poultry Factory is fully responsible for the quality of its products and received a certificate of compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2008 and 22000-2007. At the end of 2010, she certified her own management system and received the relevant document. In November 2012, certification was made on the process of production of raw meat from broiler chickens, as well as the process of manufacturing sausages, various types of smoked meats, semi-finished products and chicken eggs. Production
Production is divided into two types, these are:
- rearing birds;
- processing poultry meat .
The technology for raising chickens is divided into several stages:
- Growing young animals. These are mainly broilers. After reaching the age of seventeen weeks, they are transferred to the parent herd.
- Creation of broodstock. Hybrid chickens weighing 1-2 kg and cocks of at least 3 kg are selected here. The poultry laboratory carefully monitors the required amount of nutrients in feed mixtures. Daily analyzes the feed for acidity, toxicity and humidity.
- Incubation. Eggs for this process are selected at least 48 grams. They are transported to the hatchery in a special machine that disinfects the eggs. The repeated sanitation process is carried out after laying eggs in incubators. They are laid according to the schedule on which the activities of all other workshops are based. The egg production of chickens averages 21-23 per hen per month.
- Growing broiler chickens. They are contained in cellular equipment in three tiers. In the upper, there are daily animals, on average - weekly, and in the lower - chickens 10-12 days. The bird goes to slaughter for 37-38 days.
The technology of slaughter of birds includes the capture of animals and their acceptance into the slaughterhouse. After the slaughter shop, the carcass undergoes primary processing and the plumage removal procedure. Next is her gutting and molding. After this, the broilers are allowed to cool. Further production involves sorting, labeling, weighing and packing carcasses. Then comes the cooling and freezing of raw meat. At the last stage, the bird is sent for storage and sold.
Products of the Sredneuralskaya poultry farm
All products manufactured by the company are divided into several types, these are:

Opinions about the products of this company have developed different. Someone notes the good quality of chicken and sausages. They say that the stuffing is good and non-liquid. Good for cooking cutlets. A certain part of consumers noted punctures on the chicken carcass and believes that the poultry farm pumps them with water. It is noted that the carcass and its components are small. And sets for barbecue and chakhokhbili do not reach the weight indicated on the package.
Sredneuralskaya poultry also receives not very positive reviews from employees. They say that working in this company is not a pleasure. Workers claim that wages are not paid on time and their size has been reduced. There is a staff turnover, as a result of which there are not enough workers. Management forces employees to work overtime, but does not pay for processing. Rumor has it that the company was bought out by the Ravis agricultural holding, paying off a debt to Sberbank in the amount of 300 million rubles, which is 50% of the total debt of the enterprise. Over time, Ravis plans to acquire all the assets of the organization. Promises that the existing poultry brand will be retained.
