This urgent issue excites many entrepreneurs this year. And this state of affairs is understandable. After all, the crisis in which the country finds itself so far seems hopeless and it is not known when it will end safely. Moreover, constant instability is felt in Russia, in the conditions of which entrepreneurial activity is only becoming more complicated.
The opinion of Vladislav Inozemtsev, director of the Center for Research in the Post-Industrial Society, is published on the website of RBC. According to his position, this year’s crisis is exclusively in the country. It is not world-wide in origin or scale. And no matter what impact the crisis has on the country, the entrepreneurial stratum should be the leading support for overcoming it. But the effectiveness of businessmen’s actions will be exclusive if the state supports their undertakings and work. What is not happening to the right degree.
As such, a number of important changes must take place during a crisis:
- Getting rid of that part of companies that are not able to withstand the onslaught of competition;
- Changes in leadership structure in different business areas;
- Providing opportunities for a number of small and medium-sized enterprises to take advantageous positions among large projects.
And nothing like this, except for a reduction in the number of business objects, is happening. The thing is that the economic policy of the state destroyed the entrepreneurial initiative, which is so needed in a crisis. According to Vladislav Inozemtsev: “Prosecutors and generals will not lead the country out of the crisis, and there are probably less real entrepreneurs in the country today than in 1998 and 2008. And we will soon feel it. ” He also explains that this state of affairs is country-specific. First of all, for the reason that the crisis was easy to predict. But previous measures can no longer resist him. Accordingly, the crisis will not be easy for businesses.
But not everything is as bad as it might seem at first glance. Firstly, the state accepts attempts to resolve the situation. So the Federal Antimonopoly Service proposed to pay special attention to the law on the protection of competitive position. This means that small and medium-sized businesses should be allowed to part of the orders of large firms. According to the chapter FAS Sergei Puzyrevsky, it is necessary to create incentives so that from an economic point of view it is profitable to work with such projects. Of course, a number of questions arise regarding the regulation and control of this kind of access for small and medium enterprises. But a step in the right direction has already been taken. There is great hope that the state will correctly dispose of this opportunity, and the situation in the business sector will improve.
But there are areas of business that steadily hold their ground even in such a difficult time to conduct business. According to the brokers of the company Altera Invest ”, Entrepreneurs will be able to continue working with their initiative only if they show all their knowledge this year. You need to know how to adapt to the crisis. Particular attention is required to those areas of entrepreneurial activity that are most in demand among the formed target audience. Also make up a phased business strategy. It will help to eliminate unwanted problems. It is important to remember that in this situation it is required to invest all your time and energy into the project, showing an entrepreneurial savvy. It is necessary to take a responsible approach to work. Flaws in the business sector during the crisis are simply not permissible.
