The guy was not a professional, but the new coach Valery Chetverik saw in Nigmatullin readiness and desire to train. Ruslan was able to achieve the goal in his hometown and became the first number in the KAMAZ club and the goalkeeper of the Olympic team.
Team change
In 1994, Ruslan Nigmatullin reached the level when it was necessary to raise the bar. The athlete began playing for the Spartak Moscow club, but this team did not manage to become the best goalkeeper. Nevertheless, he gained invaluable experience and excellent practice, which is very important for a young football player. Ruslan Nigmatullin himself understood this. The biography of the athlete made a sharp turn in 1997. Yuri Semin, Lokomotiv coach, invited a promising footballer to his team.
It was in this club that Ruslan was able to open up completely. During his career at Lokomotiv, he spent one hundred and fifteen matches. The whole country was convinced that Nigmatullin is the best goalkeeper in Russia. Match after match, he successfully played on the field, not passing the ball into the goal. Ruslan later spent twenty-four matches in the Russian national team.
Goalkeeper professional activities outside the home country
In 2002, Nigmatullin left the borders of his native state. He received an offer from the Italian sports club Verona. But he did not stay long in this team. He spent only one game, and then signed a contract for six months with CSKA. During this time, Ruslan improved his physical fitness, returned to excellent shape. But in the “golden” match, the team lost to Lokomotiv. Then Nigmatullin decided to go to Italy again. He signed a contract with Lazio Football Club. At this time, Italy began to have serious financing problems, which made Ruslan Nigmatullin become a player in Series B. He played for the Salernitana club, where he spent fourteen matches. He had a desire to return to his homeland, to Russia, but because of his departure, relations with the leadership were forever ruined.
The end of a football career
In 2004, Ruslan Nigmatullin returned to his native Lokomotiv, but spent only one game. In 2005, he signed a contract with the Terek club, where he played nineteen matches. In the same season, Ruslan Nigmatullin, a goalkeeper with invaluable experience, decides to complete his professional career. He becomes a businessman and is actively involved in sports journalism. Three years later, Ruslan makes attempts to return to football, speaking for the modest Rostov team SKA, with which he played fifteen matches. In the future, he planned a contract with Anji, but his physical form and practice were lost. In 2009, the football career of goalkeeper Nigmatullin finally ended.
Immediately in his life a new stage began: Ruslan took up music. The tracks of the former goalkeeper quickly became popular. He released his first musical composition under the name Symphony - it is often played on radio stations in Russia.
Then followed the clip for the single Sunrise. Ruslan Nigmatullin is a talented DJ, and fashionable metropolitan parties rarely pass without his participation. He created such popular remixes as Hey Pachuco, Jamaica and The Champs Teqilla. The former footballer has a huge number of fans who consider him a talented musician.
Life after a sports career
For a long time Ruslan Nigmatullin is married, his wife's name is Elena. Together they bring up the son of Ruslan Nigmatullin Jr. Often fans of the former goalkeeper haunt even at home. The wife is already used to the lifestyle of the popular husband and tries not to be jealous, supporting her husband in all endeavors.
