Blood Brain Explosion - a recipe from Ireland
Cheerful Irish offer to blow up the brain, and even with blood. To make such a cocktail, we need 35 grams of strawberry vodka, 3.5 grams of lime juice, 20 grams of Baileys Irish cream and a little grenadine - this is a thick red syrup. To make Irish Brain Explosion, you need to cool the vodka well and mix it in a shaker with lime juice. Pour strained vodka into a large glass and carefully pour “Beilis” using a straw. This straw will create curls of the "brain". Due to the reaction with acidic juice, the cream will curl up a bit and lie down as it should. The temperature is important, because when cooled, the calvados becomes thick and this allows you to achieve the desired effect. Pour Curacao onto the surface, gently add Baileys on top.
