This is one of the brainchild of the famous restaurateur Novikov Arkady located on the ground floor of the hotel. Moscow institution is identical to the famous London project Novikov and is designed to repeat its success. It features an unusual interior: wooden tables, red and gray soft armchairs against the black walls, a black bar counter made of natural marble, eye-catching, rattan furniture, lots of greenery, a panoramic stained-glass window throughout the wall and other unique decorative elements.
High-quality service is combined with masterpieces of Asian cuisine, which are worked by experienced chefs, headed by chef Alexei Arbuzov. The menu offers dishes mainly of Japanese as well as European cuisine.

The restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton O 2 Lounge underwent a grandiose reconstruction in 2015 and appeared in front of visitors in a completely new quality - it acquired South American features thanks to the finish of American walnut, petrified wood, polished copper, blue agate, sheepskin, and ox skin.
