If we want to get a ladies' drink, then we need to add very little vodka, respectively, the fortress will be small. The amount of sugar can also vary. It all depends on taste and desire. Cherry at home
When making a drink, the main thing is not to be afraid to experiment, because there are many options. We will use the simplest or classic. Cherries are poured into a wide-necked dish and sprinkled with granulated sugar. In the classic version, 5 tablespoons per liter of capacity. But recall that the amount of sugar depends on your taste. As for the berries, they need to be taken so much that it is not at the very top, but about a third. Further, the entire contents are poured with alcohol (vodka or diluted alcohol). If you decide to add alcohol, then you need to breed it only with clean, not tap water. Then the container is tightly closed and put in a dark place for 2 months. Shake contents regularly. After two months, the liquid must be filtered, the berries removed, and pour the finished liquor into a suitable container. If the drink turned out to be quite strong, it can be diluted with cherry juice. The taste of this will not change, and the strength will be less.

Cherry liqueur at home is prepared according to a slightly simplified recipe. A three-liter jar must be filled with two-thirds of the berries and pour them with diluted alcohol (at the rate of one to three) to the very neck. Next, tie the neck of the jar with gauze and put in storage for three months. When time passes, the resulting liquid must be drained, add sugar to taste and heat to a boil (do not boil!). Then cool and pour into prepared bottles. Cherry homemade filling is ready.
