Solid Organic Fertilizers
This category of nutrients for the soil includes humus, compost, peat, manure, lake silt, green mass. Such fertilizers have all the properties that are inherent in solids. They belong to the main type of fertilizer and are very popular. Harvest them for the future. As a result of long-term storage, they are caked. Before entering the soil they are crushed, sieved, and then mixed. The fertilizer structure should be uniform, finely lumpy.
There is such a thing as agrotechnical terms of agricultural work. So, according to a given time (for each climatic zone, it is different), organic fertilizers are applied. A solid organic fertilizer spreader is used for this. This is a universal trailer. Its carrying capacity is from four to ten tons.
How are solid fertilizers applied?
The process is carried out by three technologies:
- Direct-flow - when fertilizers are transported and applied by one machine.
- Transshipment - when solid fertilizers are stacked in piles right on the field. And with the onset of the season they are scattered.
- Two-phase - manure is first stacked on heaps located in a certain order according to the specified norms of fertilizer application, and then scattered across the field.
Fertilizer spreader ROU-6
Peat, humus, compost are transported and scattered by this machine. The organic fertilizer spreader ROU-6 is a trailer with two axles. A body is installed on its frame, the sides of which are set to increase the height.
The bottom of the body is equipped with a feed conveyor, which includes four load chains, welded in pairs, each of which has a tension device. Metal scrapers are attached to the chains with equal gaps between them. ROU-6 - a spreader of organic fertilizers for a mini tractor, from which he works.
How are fertilizers applied?
The productivity of garden and horticultural crops and the decorativeness of flowering plants depend on the nutrient medium of the soil. Fertilizers are applied to the soil in various ways:
- The main thing is when top dressing is scattered on the surface of the earth, and then embedded in it. If the site is small, you can do without involving technology. And if it is used for large-scale cultivation of crops on it, an organic fertilizer spreader is used. It is intended for making manure, compost and peat.
- Presowing method, which is used before planting forest crops. Young plants, having received additional nutrition, will take root more quickly, grow stronger and grow.
- Fertilizing plants with well-absorbed fertilizers. In this way, not only organic, but also mineral fertilizers are applied in the dry and liquid state.
Organic Liquid Fertilizer
These include fertilizers dissolved in a liquid. Their main feature is fluidity and the ability to quickly absorb into the soil. They are applied using different methods: they are spread over the surface of a piece of land or embedded inside the soil. Organic fertilizer is being applied by a spreader or sprinkler.
How are liquid fertilizers applied?
This is done using technology, which includes the fertilizer spreader. When the pump is turned on, fluid begins to flow into the filling device. It comes out of the gate valve with great force, hits the flap and is distributed, as from a spray gun, over the field.
The dose of fertilizers is regulated by special valves, which have holes of different diameters: from sixty to one hundred and ten millimeters. Depending on the speed of the unit, a hole of the desired diameter is selected. In order to spread 40-60 tons of liquid fertilizers per hectare of field area, valves are not used.
Manure spreader MZhT-F-11
It is used when it is necessary to spill fertilizers on the surface of the site. The spreader has a simple design: a tank, a centrifugal pump, a vacuum unit, a sleeve, a pipeline, a device for switching and spilling liquids, and safety valves.
The liquid organic manure spreader has a tank with two hatches, the covers of which are hermetically closed. The tank fill level is determined by the float level gauge. Liquid fertilizer from the tank is pumped by a centrifugal pump into the pipeline, from where it is distributed through the field using a filling device.
The spreader of organic fertilizers MZhT-F-11 can be independently loaded with liquid fertilizers stored in the manure depot. For this, the shutter closes the filling device. A bar equipped with a sleeve is lowered into the manure depot. Only after that the vacuum unit is switched on. Manure through the sleeve enters the tank. When it is full, the valve rises to the stop, closes the hole, and the supply of fertilizer to the tank stops. At the end of the work, the vacuum unit is turned off.
The fertilizer, when transported to the field, is once again well mixed, so that the liquid does not exfoliate and no precipitate forms. This is achieved by circulating the liquid mass in a circle: from the pump to the tank and vice versa.
Unit ABB-F-2.8
With its help, organic fertilizers are introduced into the soil. The structure includes a spreader of organic fertilizers MZHT-F-11. It has two brackets. With their help, a special device is hung, the task of which is to fertilize the soil. The filling device in the unit has been replaced by a dispenser. The dispenser directs the incoming fluid to the feeding tubes. Liquid fertilizer evenly goes deep into the soil.
Why fertilize the soil?
This is necessary to increase the amount of humus in the soil. Humus has a beneficial effect on the soil for a long time, since the substances in the composition of the organics used for top dressing are slowly mineralized.
Organic fertilizers need to be applied comprehensively to maintain a balance of nutrients. The best are chicken droppings, cow dung, peat, sawdust. We should not forget about mineral supplements. Organic nutrients increase soil fertility and improve its structure.
