The concept of conflict in psychology is quite complex. There are open and hidden conflicts. With open - the confrontation of the parties is noticeable, but with the hidden - no. The latter can last a very long time.

The concept of interpersonal conflict is associated with the confrontation of an individual and a group of individuals, society as a whole or another person. They also distinguish intrapersonal conflict. At the same time, a person struggles with himself, with his individual feelings, tries to change, and so on.
