Karim Fatih: whom our children should be equal to

Do you know who Karim Fatih is? After reading this article, you will learn about the beautiful Tatar and Soviet poet who left behind a rich literary heritage. This person wrote what he thinks. His poems are an opportunity to try on a different role and look at ordinary things from a different angle.

Hero

The boy was born in December 1908 in the village of Aitovo, in Bashkiria. Almost nothing is known about the childhood of the future poet. The biography of Fatih Karim in Russian has never been published - this is precisely the reason for such a paucity of data about the poet.

Training

Writing talent appeared in him early, but there was no opportunity to develop it. Karim Fatih received primary education in his native village. In 1922 he became a student at the Belebeyev Pedagogical College. The guy did not work out with a career as a teacher, so he enters the land management college in Kazan. From this moment, Karim begins to collaborate with print media.

Creation

Creative activity began after studying at Kazan University. Then the guy was already ripe in order to take the first independent steps in the literary field. At first, he simply collaborated with various newspapers and magazines, occasionally publishing something in them. Over time, this collaboration became more and more close, and the reader got used to Karimov’s style. After some time, Karim begins to work in the editorial board of youth literature. All these turbulent events in his creative life took place in Kazan, where he lived for 10 years - from 1931 to 1941. He began to print in 1928. The very first collection of his poems was published in 1931 and it was called "The Initial Song".

Fatih Karim biography

During his short life, Karim Fatih still managed to create such verses that can be read to this day. He wrote many beautiful rhymes and emotional lines. His poems are “taken” by the fact that they are simple and sincere, and in these two properties a lot of Fatih’s talent is hidden. He was able to serve simple so magically that it became something unearthly.

The most popular and recognizable collections of Karimov for the Russian reader are “The Seventh Night” and “Noisy Dawn”. These collections were published in 1932 and 1933, respectively. What are these verses about? They tell the reader how Karim Fatih himself is experiencing what is happening in the country: the active processes of collectivization of agriculture and industrialization of the country.

War

Unfortunately, this beautiful author was touched by the war. He published several of his collections at a time when he was at the front. I want to say that he was very fond of his homeland. That is why when the question arose about its protection, Fatih, without thinking, threw everything in order to help. At the same time, there was something to throw him. He established an excellent life in Kazan, could print and teach at the same time. Such a fate would be too unbearable for him, because it was impossible to stay away when other men defend their homeland.

At the front, despite the general tense atmosphere, Karim Fatih could not forget his vocation, so he continued to write poetry. As mentioned above, they were then published. In total during the war he wrote three collections of poems, which were called so: “Love and Hate”, “Melody and Power” and “Notes of a Scout”. Poems from the collections were written between 1943 and 1944.

Unfortunately, fate decreed that it was Karimov’s latest collections. Already in February 1945, he died in the war. How did it happen? The young man died with dignity and honor, completing a combat mission near Koenigsberg (now the village of Victory in the Kaliningrad region). Karim Fatih was not forgotten - he was buried in a mass grave in the same area.

Memory

The pedigree of Fatih Karim is not known to us, since his biography is not in Russian, and you have to be content with brief information. And yet his memory was worthy immortalized. The homeland appreciates Karim not only for her protection, but also for her literary talent. In Bashkortostan there is a prize named after Karim Fatih. Bagrationovsk also has an obelisk monument in honor of the poet, and one street of the city is also named after him.

At the numerous requests of residents of the village of Aitova and workers of the Dema collective farm for the 30th anniversary of World War II, a museum named after the patriot and poet Fatih Karim began its work there. In front of the building there is also a bust of a man. In addition, a high school and one of the streets of the village are named after his hero.

But do they remember the author today? Of course yes! In 2015, the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference of schoolchildren named after the poet was held in Kazan. The conference was established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is interesting that more than 400 schoolchildren from all over Tatarstan took part in it. In the next few years, thanks to active support at a high state level, the event rose to an inter-regional children's contest. In the same year, there was a presentation of the book of R. Sarchin entitled “The Life and Fate of Fatih Karim”. A gala evening was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the death of the poet in the war. Fatih Karim, whose biography is given in the article, is worthy of being remembered for many more years!
