Lime in our area has won recognition not so long ago. However, he had already managed to find fans who liked the inherent bitterness. Accordingly, they invented a mint-lime tincture, which is quite worthy of attention. To make it, you will need a can, where the average bunch of mint (not chopped) is laid. Two lime zest and squeezed juice are added here. It is advisable to add tablespoons of three cane sugar to soften the bitterness. The prepared ingredients are poured with a liter of vodka, and the lime-mint tincture is hidden in the dark and cool all for the same two weeks. Keeping longer is not recommended even more persistently than in previous recipes: overexposed mint with lime will give an impossible taste.
