  1. The most popular in folk medicine is tea made from cinnamon. In addition to taste, it has a very wide range of medicinal properties. It is recommended to take it with anemia, respiratory tract diseases, in the absence of appetite, skin problems. It is effective in many women's problems (painful menstruation, leucorrhoea, etc.). Elderly people used as a sedative and sleeping pill. To prepare the drink, 2 teaspoons of the herb is poured with a glass of water, brought to a boil, removed from the heat and insisted for 5 minutes. They drink for a long time, 2-3 cups a day.
  2. An infusion of cassava is prepared as follows: one tablespoon of grass should be filled with 200 ml of boiling water and left to infuse in a thermos for half an hour. Take 1/3 cup before meals.
  3. Tincture is used for uterine bleeding. To prepare it, the flowers of the crypt are poured with vodka (for 10 g of raw materials 300 ml of vodka) and insisted for a week in a warm room, shaking from time to time. After filtering, tincture is taken daily at 30 drops.
