Printed Production Process

The consumer market is regularly updated with new goods and services. The advent of computers required the creation of a service system. Service centers need appropriate tools and instruments. According to this principle, the assortment of goods is expanding , followed by new services.

The production process is always stimulated by the freshest demands from the sphere of consumption. This rule applies in all sectors of the economy. In the event that the requested products cannot be produced in the country, they are imported from abroad.

For a long time, high-end printing products were imported into our country from Germany, Finland and other European countries. The production of paper, inks and print media requires the availability of appropriate equipment, supplies and qualified personnel. The main raw material for paper production is cellulose. In turn, its production requires wood, and in Russia forests grow in large quantities.

At the same time, the process of pulp production is accompanied by significant amounts of harmful emissions. In order not to disturb the ecological balance, the production halls are equipped with treatment plants. Using them, they purify both water, which is used in production technology, and gases that carry harmful impurities. Modern treatment facilities are difficult to maintain technical facilities. Serious financial resources are required for their construction and operation.

What does serious mean? The cost of treatment facilities at modern enterprises reaches 20 percent of the total estimated cost. Thus, the production process and its factors must be evaluated already at the design stage. It would seem that when designing a printing company, you can not pay attention to the environmental component of the project. Indeed, at this stage, complex chemical processes at high temperatures are no longer used, as is the case in the production of cellulose. But as practice shows, this is not entirely true.

In order to print a colorful book, not only high-grade paper is used, but also inks, bookbindings and other materials. As you know, the production process is a set of actions aimed at creating a particular product. And if we talk about the book as a product of consumption, then specialists from various fields of activity participate in its creation. How wood pulp is made, and pulp paper is mentioned above. Now on this paper it is necessary to reproduce the text and illustrations, the preparation of which is engaged in by the writer and artist.

In this regard, it should be noted that creative work has its own characteristics that influence the production process. So, a children's writer in his works should not only educate children, but also instill in them certain rules and norms of behavior in the family and society. Exactly the same tasks are solved by the artist, who draws pictures for a children's book. These people have a very responsible task to form and educate the younger generation.

Thus, the production process of printing products in general (and children's books in particular) requires serious material costs and creative energy. In order to organize such a production, it is necessary to take into account all external and internal factors that influence it. If there is no good paper, then the book will turn out dull and unattractive. On the other hand, printing mediocre stories on excellent paper will also not be entirely correct. At all stages of production, you need to find a middle ground.
