Filter through cheesecloth, add a tablespoon of honey, close the lid and bring to a boil, turn off the heat when the oat broth has cooled, add lemon juice to taste and keep in the refrigerator, drink 100 ml half an hour before meals. - Then add corn stigmas - two tablespoons and three tablespoons of knotweed - allow to boil for 15 minutes. The broth is insisted for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, pour a glass of chopped rosehips (dried) into another pan, pour a liter of water - boil for 10 minutes.
- Then each of the decoctions is filtered through cheesecloth and mixed together. The resulting healing liquid, the volume of which should be about three liters, is cooled, bottled, preferably from dark glass, and put in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to 5 days.
- To cleanse the liver, a decoction is taken half an hour before meals, 150 ml four times a day, but no later than 19 hours. To enhance the healing effect, it is extremely important to withstand the time between taking a decoction and eating. This course is carried out for 10 days in the spring-summer or winter-spring period.
