Exercise complex
- It is convenient to lie on your back on the floor and raise your legs behind your head. You need to try to get the socks of the floor, but immediately it will be difficult to do. Then you need to at least touch the forehead with the knees. Weight should be concentrated on the shoulders and upper back, neck loads should be avoided.
- The usual bends forward, but you must touch your fingers to the floor. You should bend down while inhaling, and rise up as you exhale. You can do the same exercise while sitting.
- Circular movements of the hands will help stretch the shoulder joints. From the “hands forward” position, you first need to raise them up, and then back. During this exercise, it is advisable to make head turns. Then the result can be achieved much faster.
- When tilting left and right, remember to work with your hands. With one hand you need to reach for the knee, and the second to send to the armpit.
- Reach with your left hand to the right shoulder blade. In this case, tilt your head down. Then with your right hand - to the left shoulder blade.
- Spread your arms and rotate your body either clockwise or counterclockwise. Strive to maximize the amplitude, but it is important not to overdo it. Otherwise, you can damage the spine.
- Stand “feet shoulder-width apart”, alternately raising the knees as high as possible, trying to press them to the stomach.
- Push ups. The maximum effect can be achieved from a prone position. But if health does not allow, then it is possible from the wall.
- One of the most difficult exercises is the Roman chair. You need to sit on a stool and fix your legs under the couch. Slowly lower the body back as far as possible, then return to its original position, and then go down, trying to reach the socks. No need to try to immediately lean back strongly. Everything is done gradually.
- Squats can be started by holding on to a support. A door handle or the back of a chair will do. For this exercise, there are three rules: the main weight must be transferred to the heels; hold on to the support in order to keep the lower leg perpendicular to the floor; knees point to the toes of the legs. During this exercise, it’s best to imagine sitting in a chair. That is, start by feeding the pelvis back, and not bend your knees.
Start with a few repetitions. Gradually, their number must be brought to 100. For all 1000 movements, Amosov himself took 25-30 minutes. The scientist also performed them in the fresh air.
Amosov's breathing exercises are based on the fact that the chest needs to block oxygen, and then it will start working to its fullest. That is, exhale all oxygen from the lungs and endure as long as possible.
