After that, add grated carrots to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes, add onions and celery and sauté again. It was the turn of mincemeat. Add garlic to it and fry for about ten minutes, stirring. Then pour red wine, turn off the stove and close the sauce with a lid to soak.
