About service
Auto payment is a free service of Sberbank. All customers who have a bank card with an associated Mobile Bank can connect it.
Bank customers can arrange automatic payment:
- cellular communications;
- utilities;
- Internet
- transfer between cards;
- traffic police fines;
- taxes;
- loans to other financial organizations.
The commission for paying for the service is charged in the amount of 0-1% of the amount. It depends on whether Sberbank has a contract with a service provider. Bank customers can pay more than 4/5 receipts without a commission. It is not charged for connecting auto payment for cellular communications, television and the Internet.
Automatic payment options
Before connecting auto payment, the client must have an idea of the service. Replenishment of cellular communication occurs immediately after reaching the minimum border (for example, 30 rubles) without additional confirmation from the client.
When paying for housing and communal services, the system operates as follows: for the day the client receives a notification with the amount of payment, a possible commission and details. He can refuse to write off by responding with a code from SMS. If you don’t send anything, the next day the system will automatically write off the amount indicated in SMS from the client’s card. Payment takes place on the invoice issued by the management company.
When paying for the Internet and credit of another bank, the client himself chooses the amount of payment. Payment will occur on the selected date. The commission is deducted in excess of the specified amount (not included in auto payment).
Ways to connect the service
Clients can connect Sberbank auto payment in the following ways:
- at the bank office;
- independently, through Sberbank Online;
- in a mobile application;
- using the service "Mobile Bank" (relevant for the payment of cellular communications and the Internet);
- through terminals and ATMs.
The connection method does not affect the operation of the service. When making an auto payment, he will pay no later than one day from the date of application.
Connection in the branch of Sberbank
Clients can automate payments with a Sberbank card when they visit the office of a financial institution. To do this, you need to bring a card and a mobile phone.

How to connect auto payment through Sberbank Online (for example, payment for utilities):
- Log in to the app.
- Find the tab on the right "My auto payments."
- Click on "Connect auto payment".
- Enter the vendor's ITN in the search bar or find a company in the list of services. TIN is indicated on the receipt. When searching for an organization, you should pay attention to whether the correct region (next to the "Search" button) of the client’s residence is selected. The number of proposed suppliers depends on this. In addition, in different regions of the Russian Federation, the TIN of different suppliers may be the same, the difference will be in the account number and other mandatory details.
- Click on the organization, select the type of service (if necessary). For example, some suppliers require paying separately for utilities and combination locks. When entering the TIN at the previous stage, the client will see that 2 (or more) organizations with the same details but different services have appeared in the system.
- Enter a personal account. It is individual for each tenant. It is indicated in the receipt (sometimes together with the client code). For payers, Sberbank offers tips - you should click on the sample receipt to see where the customer’s personal account number is located.
- Select auto payment terms: start date, regularity (if any). The client can set a limit, for example, not more than 10 thousand rubles per month.
- Read, check the conditions and confirm with the code from SMS.
Service activation in a mobile application
The Sberbank Online version in the smartphone allows customers not only to always have information on accounts with Sberbank at hand. This is a convenient way to connect Sberbank's auto payment.
To make a service, the smartphone owner must:
- Find the "Payments" tab in the application;
- select the section "Other" - "Auto payments";
- click on the "Connect" button;
- enter the details of auto payment;
- check the data and confirm the operation.
Using a mobile application, the client can not only connect Sberbank's auto payment to the phone (like the Internet, housing and communal services, etc.), but also control the information on the performance of the service.
Creating a request using the Mobile Bank
SMS notifications are mandatory requirements for customers who are going to issue automatic payment of bills from a Sberbank card. But the client can connect auto payment using only SMS informing.
You can connect Sberbank's auto payment via SMS only for paying for cellular communications. To do this:
- choose the parameters of automatic payment for mobile. It is allowed to make regular payments in the amount of 50 to 1,000 rubles;
- send SMS to the number "900" with the content "Auto payment ", where - the desired amount to replenish the balance of the mobile;
- confirm with a code (will come in a response message from the bank).
In some regions, you can make a service through the Mobile Bank to pay for the Internet. Sberbank auto payment can be activated via SMS only for the largest providers, for example, Rostelecom.
For this, Rostelecom is indicated instead of the word "Auto payment", then the client's personal account number and the payment amount are entered. Before connecting the service, it is recommended to get advice on available suppliers in the office of Sberbank.
Service design at the bank terminals
To bind the auto payment at Sberbank's ATMs, the client must bring along a bank card and receipt details (if necessary). The menu in the terminals has common functionality with the Sberbank Online service. The client can also perform regular operations, monitor information and print checks.
How to connect Sberbank auto payment for a loan in the terminal - instructions:
- After entering the card, go to the "Payments and Transfers" tab.
- Select the "My payments" section, the "Auto payments" tab.
- Click on the "Loan repayment in another bank" window.
- Choose from the proposed companies or enter the TIN of the organization.
- Dial details: account or contract number, payment amount and date.
- View the results and confirm the operation.
When connecting auto payment to repay a loan at another bank, a fee may be charged. It is not included in the amount of payment, so the client should take care of the availability of funds on a bank card, taking into account the commission of Sberbank.
Service Adjustment
Sometimes a client wants to not only activate Sberbank’s auto payment, but also change the service’s parameters or suspend debiting. In the first case, you must select an auto payment (if there are several). Clicking on it will open the active window. To change the service, select the "Edit" tab.
The user of the service can change the date, frequency or amount of debiting (with a fixed payment). The changes will take effect after confirmation of the operation by SMS.
To suspend a service, select the appropriate value when clicking on auto payment. Under the terms, automatic payment will not be suspended for a period of up to 1 year, until the client again decides to resume it. If within 1 year the client does not try to reconnect Sberbank's auto payment, the operation will be completely canceled.
