The basis for their manufacture are cement and sand, to which, in order to increase the technological properties of the finished solutions, plasticizers are added in the production. The consumer can only open the package, pour the right amount of material, add water and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

The high strength of the dried solution allows you to use the material of this brand when laying stone, both artificial and natural. After solidification, the entire area on which the solution was applied remains uniformly dense.

Composition Characteristics
Universal dry mix "M-150" - a material consisting of several components, taken in the amount prescribed by GOST No. 28013-98.
It:
- Portland cement. Material grade - " 4000". It does not contain any additives.
- Portland cement. Material grade - " 500". Contains mineral additives D20.
- Fractional sand. The dry combination substance contains particles in the range of 0.1-1.2 mm.
- Modifying polymer additives. They are needed to improve the astringency and overall quality of the material.
But in order for the cement mass to preserve its properties, it must be properly stored. The best place for this is closed, dry rooms with a temperature of 7 to 35 ° C. Permissible maximum humidity during storage - no more than 70%. But even in such favorable conditions, it is not worth storing the material for longer than 6 months, otherwise it will begin to lose its properties.
Application features
Like any other material, it requires special treatment and "M-150". The dry mixture must be consumed after kneading after a maximum of 2 hours, otherwise it will harden and become unsuitable for application. Therefore, care must be taken in advance to prepare the surface. It must be cleaned of any contaminants. Lubricating oils, grease, dust and other similar substances will reduce adhesion, and a high-quality compound is unlikely to work. In addition, you need to remove those areas that crumble. If there are mosses, algae, fungal infection, they must be removed, and infected surfaces should be treated with any of the fungicidal preparations.
Surfaces that absorb liquids must be primed. One more way out is repeated moistening, but each subsequent time it is necessary to carry out moistening only after the previous layer is completely dry.
Mixture preparation:
- Pour the right amount of M-150 material into the mixing container. The dry mixture should be distributed along the bottom, after which warm water is added to it. The proportion is 1: 5.
- Stir the solution until the mass becomes homogeneous.
- After 5 minutes, repeat the mixing procedure, but no longer need to add the liquid.
Scope of use
The mixture is intended for finishing work on different surfaces. It can be ceilings or walls, on which plastering, wallpapering or painting will be performed in the future. But this is not the whole list where the M-150 is used. The dry mixture is used for the following purposes:
- Assembly and installation.
- Alignment of surfaces in reinforced concrete forms and different designs.
- Concreting.
Moreover, the mass can be applied to concrete, cement-lime, cement-sand and brick surfaces.
Expense and acquisition
Uninformed consumers are usually interested in how much material should be purchased for work if the M-150 dry mix is to be used. Consumption depends on the type of work performed. For example, per square meter. m of area will need about 20 kg of the finished solution, if it is applied in a layer 1 cm thick.
If this is brickwork, then the results are completely different, since they depend on the thickness of the masonry material. The quantity is indicated per 1 sq. m:
- Half a brick - 25 kg.
- One brick - 50 kg.
- One and a half bricks - 75 kg
- Two bricks - 100 kg.
On sale there is a plaster, assembly and masonry and dry mix "M-150 universal." 50 kg weighs a package of any kind of substance: it is convenient for transportation, storage and use, but some manufacturers also produce 25 kg bags. Which option to choose depends only on the amount of work ahead and on the rating of the manufacturer. If the latter is not credible, it is better not to save money and turn to proven brands.
