According to Yandex, Domodedovo of the Moscow Region is a leader among the cities of the Moscow Region in terms of distance and accessibility. Therefore, active development is being carried out there now. The new project is called "Big Domodedovo." It will be located on an area of 200 hectares. Several construction companies are involved in construction. One of the largest projects is a microdistrict called “Southern Domodedovo”. It is carried out by the well-known construction company SU-155.
LCD "Southern Domodedovo"
The residential complex is located near the village of Redkino. Nearby is the Rozhayka River, Akulinsky and Bortnevsky Forest Parks, Barybinsk Forestry. So the proximity to wildlife to the residents of the area is guaranteed. And there are no industrial enterprises in the vicinity.
The complex will be built in three phases and will consist of comfort and economy class houses. The first (quarter number 3) includes fifteen panel houses. These are twelve-, seventeen- and 22-story towers (6 houses). The first quarter has an area of 27 hectares.
Houses of the panel series "I-155" have various modifications ("Mm", "Mk", "Mks"). This allows you to diversify the layout and area of each apartment. Multilayer panel designs protect against noise and save heat well.
In addition, modern panels in many respects differ from the usual old Soviet-style panels. These are structures consisting of several layers, including heat-saving materials and sealant. They have a lower cost, which affects the price of the entire apartment. Construction should go faster due to more convenient installation of panels. Moreover, in terms of strength, new products are no worse than old ones.
The houses have:
- studio apartments;
- one-room;
- two rooms;
- three rooms;
- four-room apartments.
Construction began in the I quarter of 2014, plan to finish in the IV quarter of 2017.
Layout
It is diverse, because it was carried out taking into account modern requirements. The undoubted advantage is the large kitchens - from 8 to 11 square meters. m. Bathroom area is 11 square meters. There are apartments in which dark rooms can serve as dressing rooms.
Housing is sold ready-made or finished to a fine finish, during construction they use materials from the best Russian and European manufacturers. Finishing elements are carefully selected according to the texture and color scheme (this is confirmed by various photos).
South Domodedovo will supply the houses of the complex with water from its well, electricity and heat from its own substations, of which only one has been built so far. A pumping station was built specifically for the needs of the microdistrict , which will pump 15 thousand cubic meters of water.
Residents of the microdistrict will be able to see the enchanting landscapes from the loggias of the upper floors with panoramic glazing.
The windows in all rooms consist of double glazed windows.
Prices
The comfort of the apartments determines the cost of housing LCD "Southern Domodedovo". Prices range from 1.6 million to 3.8 million rubles.

Transport
Residential complex “Domodedovo South” is located approximately 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The Kashira and Warsaw highways are not overloaded with transport. You can get to Moscow by bus. 40 minutes drive to the Domodedovskaya metro station.
Perhaps someone will find it more convenient to get to Moscow by train. Paveletsky Train Station can be reached in forty minutes from the new building.
South Domodedovo will be supplied with new bus routes in parallel with the commissioning of the complex’s houses. New bus routes to the metro station and in other directions will be organized.

Rumors about the bankruptcy of SU-155 are periodically held. At the end of 2014, a scandal erupted over the fact that the SU-155 company delayed the commissioning of seven houses. The internal work was not completed, and the substations were at the foundation stage. The landscaping of the adjacent territory was not carried out.
Last fall, the governor of the Moscow Region rebuked the SU-155 company for violating the agreement on the improvement and creation of social infrastructure facilities, in particular playgrounds in the territory of the Domodedovo Yuzhnoye microdistrict.
Reviews
Photos taken in late April indicate that the school, which is due in August, has not yet risen above the pit.
Information about the bankruptcy of SU-155 in Domodedovo South led to the following consequences:
- Infringement of the rights of buyers.
- Failure to introduce new buildings.
- Debt growth.
- Partial destruction of previously finished houses in the Domodedovo South district.
Stakeholder reviews suggest that these are employees the company hasn’t settled down with, take packages and sell them to collect money for the trip home. Be that as it may, in many apartments the windows were left without frames and double-glazed windows.
At the end of March, equity holders appealed to the public with a request to help solve the problems with the construction of their apartments.
It turned out that there was a mess at the construction site, there weren’t enough workers, not a single house was commissioned in the Domodedovo Yuzhnoye area.
Feedback from real estate investors testifies that the deadlines for first-line houses are being postponed, as a result of which the houses become dilapidated. Now the deadline for obtaining permission to populate the houses of the first stage has been postponed until July 1, 2015. But some buildings have moved from the first stage to the second. Construction has stalled there.
Building No. 43 is not being built at all, although work there began in February 2014. By August 2015, the house will certainly not have time to build.
The capacities of the first boiler house will be enough only for houses of the first stage. For the second, you need to build another, the construction of which has just begun.
Developers turn to the management of the company SU-155 and personally to the Chairman of the Board of Directors M. D. Balakin , but no one is in a hurry to dispel the doubts of the interest holders and explain the situation. All management statements boil down to accusing journalists of false information and undermining the company's image.
