In a general sense, these goods are one of the elements of various lifting systems. There are a huge number of mounting brackets that are very different in their configuration and shape. They are used to secure
cables, ropes, chains and as a removable connection. This product is made in the form of a metal loop, both ends of which are connected by a finger / pin (transverse element). Such a mounting bracket is distinguished by the following criteria:
- In shape: there are straight, D and U-shaped hardware. Also, items in the form of the Greek letter omega are not uncommon. In Russia, such hardware is called "omega-shaped" and denoted by the letters "SI". Straight staples are indicated by the symbol "CA".
- For the purpose, which depends on the grade of steel used. So, for general-purpose hardware, steel of class 2 is used. Lifting brackets are produced from 8 and 10 classes of metal. The latter are used for moving and lifting loads, manufacturing lifting devices.
- By the type of finger (pin), there are staples with screw transverse elements and with a safety bolt and nut.
Most often, the surface of such hardware is galvanized, and the pin is painted. The mounting bracket has such a size that it has the diameter of the cross section of the finger. The variety of this type of hardware is very difficult to understand, but there are some of their types that are familiar to almost everyone.
Universal bracket
This hardware is not intended for lifting loads. It is made in the form of an elongated horseshoe, the ends of which are connected by a transverse element. Such a bracket can be of different sizes (from 5 to 38 mm). These hardware, depending on the size, have a different destructible load, expressed in kilograms. So, the smallest mounting bracket can not withstand a load of 0.4 kg, and the largest can easily withstand up to 25 kg.

sizes: M8, 10, 12. It is used to fasten profiles to channels (ceiling beams) without welding and drilling. These brackets are clamped onto the beam and connected to the suspension structures by means of a threaded rod. Often, for greater security, the connections also use a locking strip. The price of the M8 clamp is 50 pcs. in packaging an average of 1.5 Euros. The largest hardware of this type will cost 3 Euro.
GOST "Mounting brackets" also represents the simplest hardware of this kind - SMM-25. They are intended for fastening to different surfaces of various pipes and cables corresponding to their inner diameter.
