History of creation
The founders of the Kremlin in Izmailovo cultural complex are A.F. Ushakov and M.V. Alekseeva. The idea of creating a major center of Russian culture came to Alexander Fedorovich in a dream when he, a descendant of the famous icon painter S. Ushakov, saw the current building in all its details: with towers, a square and a pond. Every day the details loomed more and more clearly, and, finally, the moment came when the finished architectural project was presented to the mayor.
It should be noted that in the early nineties of the last century, at the place where the Izmailovsky Kremlin rises today, was an abandoned wasteland.
