History
Darion Mograine is the son of the great commander Alexandros Mograine, one of the leaders of the Order of the Silver Hand and the creator of the sword Incinerator. In this youth, from childhood, some unknown force was felt, which he used in the name of good. After the death of his father, treacherously murdered by his own son, Renault, the young warrior decided at all costs to bring him back to life. To do this, he went to Naxxramos. But the attempt was not particularly successful - Darion Mograine freed his father, but he himself fell under the influence of the Lich King and joined the ranks of the undead. Becoming the new commander of the death knights, the warrior received orders from the owner to end the Scarlet Order and the Silver Dawn.
Release from captivity
In the battle for the Chapel of Last Hope, the commander was defeated, although his army was much stronger than the opponents. But something went wrong, and Darion Mograine returned to his master with a report. The Lich King told him that he specifically sent his warriors to death only to lure Fordring. The enraged commander attacked his master, but he was not destined to win.
Defeated and broken, he threw his Incinerator sword to Fording, and the weapon was strangely cleansed in the hands of a pious knight, forcing the Lich King to leave the battlefield. The liberated Darion vowed for the rest of his life to pursue the former owner, and for this he created the Order, which included his associates.
Knights of the Ebon Blade
This formidable force has become the main enemy of the Scourge. Anyone, whether an orc or a person, can become their ally. Where to find this fraction? In order to join the ranks of the Knights of the Ebon Blade, the player must go to Ice Mountain, in Northrend. In this location, the Supreme Lord lives - Darion, with whom you will meet more than once if you join the ranks of the Order. In order for your character to become available to representatives of the faction, as well as daily tasks, you must complete the quest "Difficult work." This mission is simple, you will need to go to the Grim Vault and destroy the device of the Lich King. After this task, you will become a newcomer to the faction, but over time, your reputation will grow, and you will gain access to many interesting quests, such as “From the dust rise,” “Evil loves fire!”, “Information gathering” and others.
How to increase reputation?
The Order of the Knights of the Ebon Blade, founded by Darion Mograine, allows you to increase the reputation of your followers by purchasing the Recommended Badges of this Order. In order to purchase them, the player needs to go to Icecrown or Doloran. In any of these locations you can find a merchant selling these items in exchange for justice points.
After completing the initial quest chain, you can turn to Dorian Mograine and purchase a tabard from him. After that, the player needs to wear it when completing dungeons designed for at least level 80. For each such trip, the character's reputation will increase significantly. As soon as you achieve maximum respect, rare and epic items of this Order will become available to you. In addition, you will receive the Knights of the Ebon Blade achievement.
