The day mode in kindergarten and its main characteristics

Each parent is worried about how the child feels after he enters kindergarten. All mothers and fathers go through this, despite their professional work. Of course, all this is quite natural, because each of us is worried about our child and his well-being.

Typically, such fears arise due to the fact that parents do not know exactly what the child is doing in the garden and what they are doing. Our task is to talk about the daily routine in kindergarten in order to dispel unnecessary excitement and anxiety.

Most of the children come to the kindergarten at about 7.30 - 8.00. Carers by that time are already at their workplace. When a child is left alone, without mom and dad, he often begins to cry. And to reassure him in this case is the main task, which, oddly enough, all educators cope with. Therefore, after a few minutes, the baby is already playing and communicating with peers.

The day regimen in kindergarten begins with charging, which is its integral part. The smallest, she helps to learn to coordinate movements, but for those involved in senior groups, charging is necessary to maintain muscle tone.

However, parents must understand that this physical education does not contain traditional sports teams, because the children are not yet able to understand them. It is held in a playful way and is similar, in general, to a theatrical production. Teachers, explaining to the kids what needs to be done, use an associative series (frogs jump, ducks walk, turtles crawl). As a rule, all the movements are accompanied by fun children's music, which makes this process fun and exciting. As practice shows, many children get used to the garden faster thanks to morning exercises.

In general, the daily routine in kindergarten is focused on the correct harmonious development of the baby. An important place in this is food.

As for breakfast, conflicts often arise at this time. The fact is that caring parents often feed their children at home in the morning, worrying that they will not eat or will do poorly in the garden. In turn, the teacher will insist that the child eat. And he will, of course, refuse. Therefore, in order to avoid troubles, you need to discuss all these points in advance with your teacher.

The regime in kindergarten also implies harmonious comprehensive development of children. Naturally, for this, classes are provided in the gardens, which the teacher conducts in the first half of the working day, after breakfast. What will be included in their content depends on the age group of children. The focus is on environmental observations. Many parents begin to be indignant, because such an approach seems banal to them. Meanwhile, it is the world around us that helps us understand the essence of all things.

If weather conditions permit, then the children go for a walk. The daily routine in the kindergarten is designed so that the kids walk well before daytime sleep, as well as after an afternoon snack. The first walk ends at about 12 p.m.

Lunch time is a serious stage. Here, children behave differently. In addition to the fact that their taste preferences may differ (someone likes borscht, and someone only mashed potatoes or cutlets), some of them may want to sleep and begin to be capricious. If the children are very young, they simply may not be able to eat on their own, because the nanny or teacher begins to feed them. It is important to be able to persuade the baby, turning the process of absorption of food into performance. And this is a great art.

Not a single day regimen in kindergarten provides for abstinence from daytime sleep. The child's body needs a rest, and this is undeniable.

Then, when everyone had already slept, it was time for an afternoon snack. As a rule, it contains tasty and healthy products (cocoa or milk with cookies, orange, banana, pancakes or just milk porridge.)

The final stage is a walk with which parents usually take the kids home.
