For example, applicants for the highest qualification category must be fluent in teaching methods and techniques, develop and test their own subject courses (programs, electives, electives), conduct design and research work with schoolchildren. In addition to methodological activities (participation in seminars, master classes, conferences), a teacher applying for the highest qualification category should be a mentor for young teachers, systematically improve his professional level as part of the course preparation.
The candidate shall attach a copy of the last attestation sheet, civil passport, diploma (certificate) of training to the application.
After the documents submitted by the teacher will be considered at a meeting of the Higher Attestation Commission, an order is issued on the terms of the attestation, with which the head of the educational institution (deputy director for UVR) introduces the teacher.
A special expert group is being created, which should include teachers with the highest or first category (depending on which qualification category the teacher is applying for). A certified teacher has the right to disagree with the proposed candidates, to propose a different composition of the expert group.
Dates
After the approval of the composition of experts, the head of the educational organization issues an order on the timing of internal and external examination. For 10 days, experts attend classes, extracurricular activities conducted by the teacher, get acquainted with the documentation, talk with the team, the management of the educational institution, parents. Further, the collected material is processed, an expert opinion is drawn up on the conformity (inconsistency) of the teacher of the declared category.
Important details
The teacher gets acquainted with the conclusion (signed), then it is sent to the higher certification commission. With a positive decision, an order is issued to assign a qualification category to a specific teacher. What happens next?
