This disease is considered one of the most serious, along with lecanthropy (transformation into werewolves) and corpus (transformation into deformed and demented creatures). Most often, the virus is transmitted from any other infected person. The treatment process, in which the bitten becomes a vampire, proceeds, usually within 72 hours. During this time, you can be healed with simple medicines, magic, or blessings.
However, hemophilia (the so-called treatment process in vampirism) is not at all easy to recognize at an early stage, which is why many players very often miss the right moment for treatment.
What are vampires like?
The appeal greatly affects the appearance of the character. Their upper fangs become even sharper and longer, the skin begins to age and lose its healthy color, acquiring a deathly pale shade, and a strange glow appears in the eyes. Vampires cannot be in the sun and suffer very much from fire. In contrast to this, they gain increased physical strength. Vampires can maintain their existence only with the help of fresh blood.
Those who wish to go to the dark side and ask themselves the question of how to become a vampire in TESO should be prepared for the fact that they are likely to have to go into exile. The fact is that in the world of "Ancient Scrolls" vampirism is outlawed. Converts are constantly hunted, in which both ordinary amateur hunters and guilds specially created for this purpose take part.
Some vampires remain single, but this is very rare. Usually they are members of vampire clans, who become for them both family and refuge.

How to become a vampire in TESO: a guide
Finally, we got to the main topic of our article today. The step-by-step guide presented below will be based on specific conditions and actions that must be performed by the player. It is necessary:
- The first step before becoming a vampire in TESO is Bangkokoria!
First you need to send the character to the place where other bloodsuckers often hang around. We recommend Bangkorai, but you can easily visit other similar places, such as the Reaper March or Rift. What to do on the location itself? The fact is that at midnight in Bangkok, you can meet bloody vampire devils (Bloodfiends), from which you can become infected with vampirism.
- The second step before becoming a vampire in TESO is the Scion of the Blood Matron quest.
You can start this quest only if the character has already been bitten (see the first step above). Access to the Scion of the Blood Matron is easy: just visit one of the many travel stones located throughout the map. Despite the fact that the quest is easy enough, it’s better to take it after level 38.
- The third step before becoming a vampire in TESO is to the altar!
Access to a special ritual altar can only be obtained through the passage of the quest Scion of the Blood Matron, which we talked about a little higher. This object is necessary for carrying out the Bloody ritual - a spell that should complete the process of turning a mortal into a vampire. The altar is a kind of finish line, after which the character will no longer be able to return to his past life.

However, for this it is not at all necessary to go in search of Bangkok to provoke a couple of bloody devils (npc). You can go the other way and agree with a live player whose character has already completed the quest and himself has become a vampire. It is worth saying that not every player wants to provide such a service. Especially if the person making the request is not a member of the clan.
In general, this method is not very different from the previous one, except in the circumstances (in which the character was bitten). In any case, the decision rests solely with the player.
