At first glance, the title of the article sounds strange, right? How is it to make a ship out of sweets? It turns out that this is quite possible! Only some improvised materials, imagination and "crazy" pens are needed. And, of course, the candies themselves. Naturally, chocolate - round, square, rectangular.
Preparation and preparation
To make the proposed ship out of sweets, you will need:
- foam backing boxes from under the products (the same candies packed in a film or cookies);
- foam sponge or foam rectangle;
- wooden skewers or straws for a cocktail;
- sweets of various shapes (but not caramel);
- adhesive tape wheel;
- stapler with rivets;
- tube of glue “Moment”;
- wrapping paper or foil.
How to make a ship out of sweets: the manufacturing process
So let's get started. We glue the packaging backing with elegant wrapping paper, ideally with foil. On both sides, several skewers should be inserted on both sides - the sides will be mounted on them. Now the walls. They can be made from the same foil or paper. We measure out the required amount of wrapping material, cut it off and fasten the ends with a stapler. We pull on the ship’s hull, with the help of skewers we give the desired shape. For fidelity, we also fix it with tape. If you want, you can decorate the sides of the ship at your own discretion, for example, as shown in the photo. We carefully glue the deck (it can be formed from a sponge or a piece of foam) to the base. To give the product the look of a real boat, you can make a bowsprit - a long nose. Arrow candies or the same skewers are perfect for this purpose.
From candy wrappers and foil (or any other suitable material) make sails, having estimated the corresponding sizes by eye. The quantity and shape of the sails depends on your desire. Set sail on cocktail tubes or long skewers. Here is our future ship made of sweets and got masts. We insert them into the deck-sponge and pour glue. If desired, you can make portholes.
Chocolate medals in golden or silver foil are best suited for their role. You can attach them using
double-sided tape. Before us is almost a real ship! From the sweets we make a bezel around the body (you can fasten using the same adhesive tape). Beauty! That's just not enough sweets. But this is fixable. Pour on the deck the stocked sweets - and you will have a cargo ship. It would be nice to pick up 2-3 grades of sweets so that the colors of the wrappers harmonize. What to do next? Naturally, give your ship from sweets to your son or daughter for a holiday or just that - for a good mood! However, such a miracle will not be shameful to present to a teacher or educator as a souvenir.
Chocolate flotilla
Suppose you do not have time to do crafts, or they do not turn out very carefully. What to do in this case? You can try to cast a ship from sweets with your own hands. More precisely, from chocolate. Or finished tiles.
The main thing is the corresponding molds. It is also easy to make them manually from soft tin. And then - a matter of technology. Melt the tiles of white and dark chocolate in a water bath. Grease a smooth
cutting board with butter. Do the same with stencils. Then put the molds on the board and pour your “semi-finished product” on them. When the mass has cooled, send the shelf to the refrigerator to completely freeze the product. In order to make figures of two varieties of chocolate, wait until the first filling hardens well, then add a second layer or decorate the details with the desired color. For example, the hull may be brown or black, and the sails may be white. And if you mix food colors in the white mass, for example, raspberry or red, you get a brig with scarlet sails! Romantic, isn't it? Of course, such a ship made of sweets (or rather, made of chocolate) looks much simpler, but you have spent quite a bit of time on its preparation. In any case, the kids will be delighted with such an unusual sweetness.
