As you know, Ryazan is a large regional center that is part of the central region of Russia. But the problems here are the same as everywhere else. Ryazan kindergartens experience many difficulties, which requires closer attention to this problem. Indeed, a lot depends on its decision. Let's talk about this in more detail.
Garden Features
In the Soviet years there were much more kindergartens. They were built as planned. With the advent of the new microdistrict, institutions such as kindergartens, schools, creative houses, interest clubs, and so on were necessarily planned.
In Brezhnev's days, when the USSR captured the boom of births, this was very important. However, the Union was soon destroyed, and a demographic crisis swept the country. And then kindergartens became unnecessary.
Ryazan kindergartens suffered from this very seriously. About a fifth of them were simply closed and sold for institutions, private houses, offices, another part was transferred for use to other municipal organizations: homes for the disabled, etc.
As a result, when in the mid-2000s more children began to be born in the country, kindergartens in Ryazan became sorely lacking.
How many kindergartens are there in the city today?
The list of kindergartens (Ryazan) today is more than modest: a city with six hundred and fifty thousandths of a population has about 50 active pre-school institutions.
Of course, private kindergartens are also being opened, but they are not able to solve the problem of lack of places.
How to arrange your baby in kindergarten today?
This question still torments Ryazan parents. It is connected with the fact that you need to enroll your child in kindergarten almost from birth. Parents can enroll in three educational institutions, then choose only one. Moreover, there are often so many beneficiaries in line that ordinary parents may not rely on a place in the garden.
In the city, today there is a visible line to kindergartens, Ryazan in this regard differs from other cities for the worse.
The benefits for admission to kindergarten are enjoyed by children of the military, police and emergency workers, children of teachers, children from large families, etc.
Parents who do not have benefits, when placing their children in kindergarten, need to rely either on their connections, or look for additional financial opportunities.
By the way, some changes have been introduced in this issue in recent years, which we will discuss later.
Changes in admission to kindergarten in recent years
Ryazan kindergartens have undergone the following changes. Firstly, today children who are registered in the microdistrict of the city to which this garden belongs are taken to the gardens. Thus, officials cut off children who do not have Ryazan registration. But, as you know, not all families have their own housing, many come to the regional center to earn money from the districts and bring their children with them.
Secondly, it is possible to enroll in a garden only by electronic order; the managers no longer affect the placement of children in kindergartens. The latter is rather a positive point, since it allows to exclude corruption schemes when a child enters kindergarten.
Thirdly, parents who formally have the right to a kindergarten in a particular microdistrict have the opportunity to contact the city education department with a requirement to allocate their desired place in the kindergarten to their child.
At the same time, the parents of future preschoolers do not need to despair, because there is a chance that the child will still fall into the garden.
Thus, Ryazan kindergartens today experience many difficulties. They are connected with the fact that the equipment wears out, there are more and more children in groups, the gardens themselves are not enough, and new ones are being built with great difficulties, so it is simply necessary to solve these problems.
