Peach bell - three bright varieties

The peach-bell bell looks great on flower beds of any kind. He is handsome in group landings and in mixborders. Despite the external attractiveness, he behaves excessively aggressively towards his neighbors in the flowerbed, as he has an increased tendency to self-seeding. But in order to make the sub-intake and remote sites very picturesque, it is necessary to apply the peach leaflet. Growing from seeds in these wilds is the most rational and justified.

Firstly, because the light lilac flowers collected in inflorescences on a stem almost waist-high are visible from afar. They create a kind of bluish horizon at the turn of the site.

Secondly, the peach leaf bell, unlike its other species, is at the peak of attractiveness not only at the time of early flowering, but almost all summer, which is very impressive. So, for example, his nettle relative is beautiful only at the beginning of the season, and later on he quickly fades and needs to be pruned with a flower-bearing stem.

How beautiful the annual bell is peachy, so it is unpretentious and undemanding to growing conditions. It develops well on arid slopes, and on a wet lawn. Its delicate flowers delight the eye from the very beginning of summer until late autumn. True, we are talking here about annuals. There is also a two-year-old peach-leaved bell, which develops well and blooms profusely only under conditions of constant, but moderate watering, and in a well-lit area. True, with many positive qualities, he also has a drawback. Its long stems in single plantings lose their attractiveness, so they definitely need to select complementary decorative plants.

Recently, flower growers have deduced by microcloning a bright yellow peach-bell. His photos resemble Japanese ancient engraving graphics and surprise with graceful foliage of a bright lemon hue. The name of the variety is Kelly's Gold. Here he, unlike the above types, is suitable for planting only in plain sight, for example, at the porch of the house or as the main character in a flower bed. Its white flowers bloom in the second year after planting a seedling. However, so that he does not look lonely, it is recommended to plant another variety next to him - Blue-Eyed Blonde, also with yellow leaves. The difference is that his flowers are blue-violet. The plant is strikingly bright and attractive. The combination of bright lemon, white and blue creates a striking composition. A special mood reigns on the flower garden.

But to propagate these beauties should only be a vegetative way. Their seeds are not able to preserve the characteristics of the parent plant. Therefore, in early spring or early summer, you need to cut off the offspring from the main outlet and plant them in a new, well-prepared place. Thus, we examined three types of bell peach, the main feature of which is narrow and elongated leaves.
