Due to the active use of network communication among modern people, over time a specific vocabulary has appeared, which is used by network users to briefly indicate their actions or to reduce a text message.

Among other special terms, the word offtopic is widely used today. Literally, the term means - a text message that does not correspond in meaning to the subject matter of either the entire site or a specific section.

Somewhere heard, incompletely understood information posted in cyberspace can spread with great speed among users and make a lot of noise, and sometimes lead to trouble due to violation of applicable law.
