Obtaining a passport, or rather replacing it, at the age of 45 is no different from the previous procedure. The same set of documents and the same receipt for payment for the service will be required. The time allotted for the execution of the document is the same - from 10 to 30 days.
By the way, you need to change your passport on time so as not to pay administrative fines. Moreover, such a document no longer has any legal force, being overdue.
