As you know, one of the favorite types of toys for children of all ages is balloons. Therefore, it is precisely on children's matinees that the invited heroes show the children tricks with them, making balls of funny animals and birds. After such a holiday, many children want to repeat such an exciting lesson, so they ask their parents to lay down some kind of animal. Today we will tell you how to make a swan from a ball no worse than a professional actor of a children's holiday would do.
Materials for creating a swan figure
In order to make any figure out of balls, you will need a few long and thin balls, called "sausages." Depending on the wishes and the chosen hero, determine what color they should be. Also, a black marker and some decorations may be needed if you plan to turn a balloon into a full-fledged toy or an element of interior decoration.
Balloon twisting masters advise to avoid over-stretching the rubber by inflating it. Since when twisting, a strongly inflated ball will simply burst. To make a swan out of a ball, we recommend using white.
Later on, you will draw eyes and feathers on it. On the colored ball, the parts depicted will be lost and will not look so impressive.
How to make a figure?
After you have prepared some white balls and a marker, you can get down to business.
Step one: inflate the ball so that it can curl freely in either direction. Also leave the tip of the ball loose (about 3-4 cm).
Now repeat all the steps indicated in the master class in the photo below. It shows how to gradually make a swan out of a ball.
When the swan is ready, take a black felt-tip pen and draw the bird’s eyes on both sides. Also draw swan wings and plumage. If desired, paint the bird's beak in red.

As a decoration, you can put a small scarf on the swan’s neck or decorate his head with a paper crown. In the latter case, you will get the heroine of the Russian folk tale "The Swan Princess". Draw a crown on thin cardboard and cut it out. Make incisions in a circle and bend the edges. Glue the sides of the crown and paint it with gold paint. Stick rhinestones or sequins, if desired. Glue the finished crown on double-sided tape to the head of the swan.
