Responsibilities of citizens is a very large list. We are responsible to the state for a lot. But we also have rights, and there are many of them. Now about that. The main responsibilities of citizens are to obtain education. At least in common. This is what the Constitution says. Parents or guardians are required to help children graduate. Obtaining a secondary specialized or higher education is desirable, but not required. And again, everyone has the right to this, regardless of their race, gender, mother tongue, nationality, place of residence, religion, belief, etc.
Cultural responsibilities
They are expressed in taking care of cultural and historical monuments. Each of us must preserve the historical and cultural heritage, as well as try to contribute to their conservation.
Another important place is occupied by the environmental responsibilities of citizens. This is what is fixed at the constitutional level. All people located in Russia are required to protect nature and their environment. Everything is clear here: do not throw garbage, do not throw cigarette butts, banks, etc. into the sea, rivers, etc. There is even environmental legislation. Clause 1 of Article 77 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ, which states that the environment is protected, states that all people who have caused harm to nature (pollution, depletion, spoilage or other impact) are required to be punished and compensate the damage in full.
There is even a separate law provided for people who are private entrepreneurs without a legal entity. It also applies to those who occupy any position. What is this law about? It states that all managers of enterprises, as well as those specialists who are responsible for making any decisions regarding the implementation of economic activities, are required to have training in environmental safety.
Military issue
Responsibilities of citizens - this topic is very extensive. It contains a lot of nuances. And one of the most important is military duty. There is a special article known under number 59. It says that every male citizen must defend his homeland. But in Russia there are many people who, according to their beliefs or religion, cannot carry out military service. No one has the right to force a person to do anything against his will. Also, everyone can count on the provision of free medical and social assistance and on the protection of their interests, freedoms, life and integrity.
