It can be a military ID of a warrant officer, ensign, foreman, sergeant, sailor and soldier. More about passport
As we all know well, this is the main document of each of us. It should be in every person who has reached the age of 14 years. This document contains all the data: full name of the citizen, his gender, and also the place and date of birth. In addition to this information, there are still certain marks. They contain detailed information regarding the registration of a person (where he lives and lived), his military duties, marital status, children and other documents that were previously issued to individuals. These include a foreign passport of a citizen, for example.
There is also a separate eighteenth page on which purely individual information can be placed. But this is if the citizen himself expresses a desire. Such information includes blood type, Rh factor (these marks are put in the appropriate medical institutions) and the TIN code.
Passport Replacement
Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 828 obliges not only to issue a Russian passport to every person over the age of 14, but also dictates certain rules that oblige him to regularly change this document. As most are well aware, this happens only twice in a lifetime. The primary issue is at 14 years old, then a replacement at 20. And then you can forget about this issue for the next 25 years. Since the subsequent replacement occurs only at 45. Of course, with the exception of those cases when a person changes his name, or a girl gets married and takes her husband's surname.
Men and young men who have left on conscription are issued a Russian passport after the end of their service life.
By the way, one fact is interesting. The passport of a citizen of the USSR (1974 sample) is valid on the territory of Russia until the date of its replacement. And he also certifies his identity, like all other documents listed at the very beginning. Foreign ID
Now about that. A foreign passport is necessarily included in the list of documents proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation. It must be available to every person who goes or plans to go abroad. The passport confirms the identity of a citizen outside the Russian Federation and upon entering back to his homeland.
Is it valid on the territory of our country? It is generally believed that a foreign passport confirms the identity of the person who permanently lives somewhere abroad. However, the question is controversial. A foreign document can easily prove your identity at the time of, for example, buying tickets for an airplane, train, long-distance bus, currency exchange, buying alcohol, etc. But other cases are already discussed separately.
About the biometric document
Today, all Russians are no longer issued ordinary, but biometric foreign passports. Documents of a new generation - that's what they are called. Such a passport contains purely individual biometric parameters that cannot be faked under any circumstances. Actually, that's why they were introduced - to minimize the number of cases with fake documents. A fingerprint and an electronic image of a person’s face - this is what information is on the first page. In theory, the eye color (and the iris pattern, respectively) should also be indicated, however, each country reserves the right to decide whether to enter this data or not. Russia decided to do without it.
Another advantage of the new document is that it is issued for 10 years, and not for five. It only costs 2000 rubles more (that is 3500). But this difference is not so significant in comparison with the advantages.
Military personnel
An identity card of a citizen who has served elsewhere is a separate document. And special. It confirms not only the identity of the owner, but also his legal status as a person serving the state.
The right to receive such a document was introduced in 2003. It became a full-fledged replacement for the identification card of an officer of the USSR Armed Forces. It is issued to those employees who received the primary military rank. Its advantage is that the certificate is unlimited and continues to be valid as long as the person is in the service.
His citizen receives in the performance of special duties. In the future, this document must always be carried with you. And if that is required by the commandant patrol or military commander - it must be presented. It happens that the identity is lost. In this case, I can issue a new one, but only for this an order is needed for the military unit. And before that, an appropriate investigation is necessarily carried out, and authorized people establish the reasons why the document was lost. Withdrawal of the certificate is prohibited. The exception is those situations that are prescribed by the law of the Russian Federation.
Temporary Document
Passport abroad, civilian, military certificate - this has already been said above. And now it’s worth talking about a temporary ID. So, this document is usually issued to a person at a time while he is in the process of issuing a new passport. On the occasion of a change of surname, for example, or is it a standard replacement. True, rarely anyone draws up this temporary document, since a passport is now being made extremely quickly - in 10 working days at the maximum.
But there is a plus. This temporary document is made in only ten minutes. A valid for two months. Then you can get yourself a new one. Basically, this document is received by those people who change their Russian passport at the place of stay, and not registration (in connection with studies or a long business trip, for example). And in the “alien” region, the registration process is usually delayed for a month or two. And while a passport is being made, a temporary identification may be necessary.
Birth certificate
It is also included in the list of documents of a citizen of the Russian Federation and confirms his identity on a full basis. So, every person has a testimony. This, in fact, is a registration of the fact of the birth of a child. In this document you can see data regarding his name, date of birth, last name and, of course, information about his parents. Their F. I. O. to be more precise. Speaking about the list of documents of a citizen of the Russian Federation, it should be noted that the birth certificate is the only and main official paper that confirms the identity of a minor. But after reaching 14 years, a passport is issued.
Previously, certificates were issued in the form of a small book, even there was a binding. However, today they make ordinary pages (B5 format is slightly smaller than A4). This document is issued to the employee only after the relevant order has been issued stating the appointment of a citizen to the post. Sailor's passport

Previously, the following law was in force: a sailor had the right to leave the country and enter it on a ship or on any other vehicle. Moreover, both independently and as part of a group. However, from the first of January the year before last, 2014, it was canceled. After that, the sailor's passport ceased to be the document according to which a person can enter and leave the Russian Federation. A passport is required for this.
Seaman's Passport
This document is issued to those individuals who are suitable for health reasons and the level of professional training. Also, this person should have an officially certified agreement with this or that ship (it can be either Russian or foreign). This paper is the main basis for issuing a sailor's passport. Before issuing a document, approval is made with the FSB and the ATS of the Russian Federation. The issuance of certificates is carried out by federal executive bodies. With all desire, this document cannot be faked. For this reason, a sailor's passport can be used as an identity card.
