Furniture production is a laborious and responsible process in which the role of each structural element is important. One of them is little known to most of the king - this is the main element of furniture, which contributes to the reliability of the table, chair, sofa and even stools. What is this element?
According to its design features, the tsar is a connecting part, on which the reliability and strength of bolts and couplers depends. In addition, it is a support for any attribute of furniture. Consider a simple example: a chair consists of a countertop and legs. But they are not attached to each other, but to the connecting board, which helps to ensure that the legs do not stagger and stand stably, holding the countertop. That is, the tsar is the simplest connecting element that fastens the entire structure.
What elements of furniture have a king?
In any rectangular design (whether it is a table, chair, stool) , legs are required to be attached to the countertop. For example, in the table and chair, the tsar is an important element, and there are four of them: one along the entire perimeter of the structure. Interior doors: drawers - an important element
In this case, the drawer is a transverse crossbar with which the door leaf is connected . This element contributes to the strength and reliability of the door frame structure. At the same time, the czar itself is made from a glued massif of coniferous wood and MDF. The peculiarity of the collet door leaf is that it has a facing coating without joints and crevices, and the combination of softwood bars and MDF helps the door to last much longer and more reliably.

There is nothing complicated in the process, the main thing is to take care of the implementation of each detail. For example, a tsar with his own hands is made very simply.
To create their stools you will need four pieces. It is best to complete these frames from hardwoods - so they will last much longer. The dimensions of the workpiece depend on how long and wide the stool will be. Frames need to be trimmed, milled, if you need to give the bars a certain shape. The ends of the drawers can be sawn at a certain angle - it depends on the design features of the stool. Products will be attached to the legs at a certain angle, which must be taken into account during assembly. After preparing all the components, you can proceed to gluing the structure.
